A spoolable, cost-effective reinforced thermoplastic pipe for hydrocarbon, brine water, refined fuels, and chemicals transport, with the greatest strength-to-weight ratio in a flexible pipe. Thermoflex pipe exceeds the limitations of conventional pipe options.

The proprietary five-layer reinforcement stands up to high pressure and extreme corrosive conditions. Making it ideal for multiple applications -oil, gas, water, H2S and CO2 (up to 100,000 ppm), and pull-through rehabilitation. Designed for superior operating life:

What if your project has extreme temperatures, chemicals, conditions, or environments? Thermoflex RT, manufactured with PE-RT material combined with Nylon PA12 liner, is ideal for high temperatures, aggressive chemicals, high oxidation, and certain hydrocarbons.

For high H2S, corrosive and bacterial environments, Thermoflex Plus is the spoolable pipe you need. It’s inner Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) layer resists harsh chemicals and is an excellent choice for extremely corrosive environments. Thermoflex Plus RT is also available for corrosive environments up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
